Save the Date.
Time to introduce us to your guests! We are your dedicated Wedding Travel Concierge and the point of contact for all of your guests. Ready to assist in booking their flights, transfers, accommodations and even any activities - i.e. massage at the spa, golfing with the guys, you name it!
Coordinate.
We’ll work together with the couple and planner to track all RSVPs and make sure every guest is accounted for. We’ll have a full arrivals and departures manifest so we know where every guest is, at all times. We’ll also coordinate all event transportation, ensuring guests arrive on time.
Finishing Touches.
The final stretch! We’re almost there - now let’s make sure each guest’s travel plans have remained the same. We will reconfirm transfers, book expedited customs/immigration processing and seek out upgrades for those VIPs, map out welcome bag deliveries and reconfirm event transportation.

Our team is onsite managing arrivals and departures, helping to expedite the check-in process, ensuring all guests are getting to the events on time and there in case of any unplanned travel needs.
